In this season of peace, let our food choices be agents of our good will toward all beings and to our living planet Earth. A whole-food, plant-based diet, beyond its healing and nourishing properties, is created with far less violence. Thus, it is gentler on humans, on the Earth, and on our fellow creatures with whom we share it.
If you are looking for ideas for delicious, plant-based meals that are easy to prepare, I found a treasure trove of them on Amazon. In fact, I was awed by the sheer number of plant-based cookbooks – 100 pages of them!
