Revisiting our Maui Spring Renewal Cleanse Retreat…
“Thank you! This was one of the best experiences of my life. I feel that I now have the tools to be happy and healthy and, hopefully, spread that to other beings.”
– 2014 Maui Retreat Participant
Our Spring 2014 Renewal Cleanse Retreat on the Hawaiian island of Maui was a great success! I am very pleased to have been able to help participants improve their lives in such a fun and healing way.
Each of our attendees had a superb, rejuvenating experience, as expressed in the glowing feedback we received. Each day brought new insights and experiences that helped participants renew a healthy relationship with their body and gain new perspectives for making their lives more meaningful – and fun!
Chef Chad Sarno demonstrated terrific methods for creating healthy meals quickly and easily. Alan Cohen shared life-changing stories and wisdom teachings enjoyed by all. Alese Jones led twice daily yoga sessions, including a labyrinth walk that left participants more centered and flexible, both in their bodies and their life paths.
With such a positive response from this event, we simply had to plan another retreat for 2015. This time, we will be enjoying Sedona Mago Resort in the red-rock country of Arizona for a program titled Journey to the Heart of Healing—a program designed to help you tap into the inner healer in YOU! This promises to be as rewarding a retreat as Maui was. Please join us there!
